2.8 To send operational communications — including dispute notifications, PTS changes, and Terms updates — via SMS, email, and in-app notification.
3. Data Sharing
3.1 With other Brokers: Your public profile information — name, city, RERA number, PTS, deal count, endorsements, and builder verifications — is visible to all registered Brokers on the Platform. Your phone number and email are never shared with other Brokers through the Platform.
3.2 With builder partners: PropLeague shares Broker identity, RERA registration, deal history, and conduct status (including bans) with registered builder and developer partners for CP verification purposes.
3.3 With law enforcement: PropLeague will disclose data to government or law enforcement agencies if required by a valid court order, legal process, or regulatory requirement under Indian law.
3.4 In the event of a dispute: Data relevant to an active dispute — including interaction records, deal reports, and communication logs — will be reviewed by PropLeague’s Trust & Safety team. This data will not be shared with the opposing party in its raw form but may inform the investigation outcome.
3.5 On the Blacklist: Name, RERA registration number, city, and violation category of permanently banned Brokers are made publicly accessible on the PropLeague Blacklist.

4.2 This visibility is a core feature of the Agency Account structure and cannot be opted out of while operating as a Sub-Account.
4.3 The Agency Account holder may export your activity logs at any time for internal review.
